I had the pleasure of trying out the New Vegan menu from Balducci. The food was exceptional and the variety was great as they have something for everyone. Our tasting menu included:

  • Juices (these were so delicious) in Carrot Ginger, Sherbet Lemonade and Beet Fresh
  • Starters: Falafel & Tahini dip, fresh salad in a jar and the already well-known and popular Trader Joe Pizza (which has a gluten free base too!)
  • Mains: Red Thai Curry (My absolute favourite for the evening), Smokey black bean sliders and Cashew Nut Cream Pasta (Also a hit among the table)
  • Dessert: Cheesecake with a berry marble swirl and frozen berries with coconut yoghurt and a swirl of agave syrup (I polished the lot)

All paired with a selection of vegan wines and bubbly
